Following up on referrals.
Reviewing claims.
Solving staffing issues.
Approving everything because "it's faster if I just do it myself."

At first, it feels responsible.
Eventually, it becomes a trap.

The agency can't grow because everything depends on you.
The team can't fully own outcomes because you're carrying them.

And you can't step away because you built yourself into every process.

The goal was never to become the system.
The goal was to build one.
